1ST CONFERENCE ON ANTICORRUPTION POLICIES UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF UN & EU

Bribery destroys the market. Its immediate victims are the companies which are directly and unfairly excluded from the tenders but, more broadly, the final victims are the governments themselves and the whole society.

The Country’s development necessarily goes through the self-protection models that public and private organizations have to identify and implement, in accordance with the RULES, both legislative and normative, allowing the sustainable development internationally propounded by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) through the publication of the ISO 37001 standard “Anti-Bribery Management Systems” on October 16th 2016.

We will discuss the above topics with representatives of the main public and private stakeholders, including Marina Xrysoveloni (Undersecretary to the Interior Ministry of the Greek Government), Hlias Apostolopoulos (Mayor of Municipality Holargos-Papagou), Stephen M.  Kohn (Attorney  for Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto law firm –  Cofounder & Executive Director of National Whistleblower Center,   Washington, D.C.) , Kamel Ayadi (Minister, President of High Level Authority on Administrative and Financial Control of Tunisia, President of GIACC Tunisie), Ioannis Kousoulos (Attorney at Law and President of H.AC.O), Mia Rupčić (President of Anti-Bribery Academy), Ciro Alessio Strazzeri (CEO of Gruppo Strazzeri) and many other prestigious speakers.
